Training and follow-up for a participatory communication strategy design aimed to promote peer mediation programs within secondary schools.

In Illa de Ons Secondary School and Johan Carballeira Secondary School, both of them from the same village, Bueu, it started a mediation program in 2019. The group is conformed by volunteer students and is aimed to mediate in different day-a-day problems through dialogue and peer-to-peer approach.

Aimed to promote the program in these schools, Gingko facilitated different trainings to design a participatory communication strategy and give support to produce their first communication contents.

The campaign, designed and produced by the students, will be released in 2019/20 school year.
