In Spain there are 63.610 people with intellectual disabilities who need 24h support. They are people with mental disorder issues, mobility restrictions, unable to communicate or any other disability linked to the intellectual one.
Those are invisible people: no one talks about them and there are not reports of figures. Their main characteristic is that they need help to all those activities related with the well being: personal hygiene, home tasks, social relations, education, leisure, jobs…
